COVID-19 UPDATE
Hi everyone, I am happy to let you know that we are still working during this time, and most of our orders are still going out within our usual time frames.
However, we do have a few orders here and there that are taking an extra few days to be made and delivered. Some of the printers we use are working with half their usual staff so they can ensure everyone's safety and this is causing some minor delays.
But rest assured, all orders are being made and shipped as fast as we can and we thank you for your ongoing support.

1 out of 5 starsI have no idea why my item didn't ship nor why the seller didn't answer repeated emails to determine the status. Either way, I didn't receive the order. I had to file the complaint with Etsy and they refunded my money.

1 out of 5 starsAfter several attempts to contact seller about my item that WAS NEVER SHIPPED all I got was crickets. This was my first time using Etsy and I believe my last. Look at her comments she is known for collecting the money ignoring the customer and never shipping the item. Save yourself the hassle of charging back the item on your credit card and move on. It has been nearly a month of NOTHING from this seller.

Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalized orders
We do accept personalized or custom orders on any of our mugs.
A Proof will be sent for approval before the design is finalized and mug is made.
Please allow an additional 5 days for any order with Customizations requested.
Sizing details
We currently offer two different mug sizes, which are available as a drop down at checkout.
Sizes are 11oz with a square bottom
and 15 oz with a slightly rounded bottom

All mugs are Microwave and Top Shelf Dishwasher Safe
Bulk Order Discounts?
Yes, we do offer discounts off bulk orders (over 10 units) please convo with your specific requirements.
Gift wrapping and packaging
No, Unfortunately we are not able to offer gift wrapping or custom packaging at this time?
Personal Notes?
No, Unfortunately we are not able to offer personal notes with our mugs. Sorry, we wish we could, but we can't.
Lost Orders
If your tracking number states that your item was delivered, but you don't have it in hand, you will need to contact your postal worker.
If your order has not arrived within 30 days (US) or 60 days (International) and your tracking shows some kind of error, please contact us within 45 days and we will look into it.
If you do not contact us within this time we will assume your mug was delivered and no further responsibility can be taken.
Change Of Address
If you have placed an order and need to change the delivery address, please contact us ASAP.
We will do our best, to try to accommodate the change, but if your order has already been processed and assigned to our fulfilment partners, then unfortunately we are not always able to make the change.
Please double check your address when you place the order to avoid this from becoming a problem.
Lost or Delayed International Orders
For international orders we ship all mugs as soon as we can, and we are happy to ship anywhere in the world, but please understand that we cannot control what happens after they leave the United States.
So we do not take responsibility for lost or delayed orders outside the US, CA, UK or Australia.
If you would like us to ship to any other countries, we are more than happy to do so, but it is at your own risk, and we will not replace or refund orders that get lost or delayed.

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. (usually 3 to 5 days for some mugs.)
Estimated shipping times
North America: 1-2 weeks
Europe: 3-5 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-5 weeks
Asia Pacific: 3-5 weeks
Latin America and the Caribbean: 3-5 weeks
North Africa and the Middle East: 3-5 weeks
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
